  • Up to date training in Moving & Handling

Clients will spend between one and two weeks and candidates should be prepared to offer a fun, friendly and inclusive experience.

​We are looking for friendly, caring Support Workers to join teams providing living support to up to six patients within high quality residential care units. Service Users may have autism, learning disabilities or epilepsy or behaviours that challenge.

These units are operated by an award winning regional charity that is dedicated to supporting users to lead happier, healthier lives.  The services offers a pleasant homely environment that looks and feel like a family home. Staffing levels are high and new staff will benefit from a full induction.


Within the unit your role is to provide support, companionship and personal care. Many Service Users attend college courses or take part in social activities or volunteering and staff provide assistance outside of the unit to help residents achieve their goals. 

Required skills:


  • NVQ Level 2 or above, or
  • Experience working autism, epilepsy and learning disability
  • Up to date Mandatory Training Certificate 
  • Friendly, compassionate nature
  • Clear DBS certificate
